This is Luanti! It's a free, open source voxel game engine inspired by Minecraft. It is built from the ground up for modders. It's very extensible and doesn't require any fiddling with custom launchers, mod loaders, or modpacks, even in multiplayer!

Joining has been secured from random people outside of ~town by requiring a secret default password. This password is posted on the BBJ thread on tilde.town and in the topic for the #asuna IRC channel. If you are unable to locate this for any reason, ask in the IRC channel or otherwise ask existing players.

How to join:

1. Address is play.helixnebula.cc with default Luanti port 30000. Enter this into the Join Game tab of the main menu.
2. Do not use the register button. Input your desired username along with the secret password obtained from ~town. Press Login.
3. The game will now download all the media files required for the mods. This may take a while! After this first long download, future joins will be much quicker.
4. Immediately after login, pause the game (escape key) and click Change Password. Please avoid using extremely basic passwords, but also make sure you remember your new password.

For subsequent logins, use the password you chose instead of the default one.

Mods will be automatically downloaded when you first join - the only thing you have to install is Luanti itself. If you're on Linux, it's probably in your distro's repositories.

Luanti also works really well even on crappy hardware :)
